Somewhat of an offshoot of the Sotomayor thread:

Now that SCOTUS has ruled on this case, and overturned the decision Judge Sotomayor participated in, what might the implications be for Sotomayor's confirmation hearings? And, in general, what do y'all think of SCOTUS's decision?

No effect on the confirmation. She'll be confirmed easily. I like the SCOTUS ruling for reasons I've explicated on other threads. I'll happily repeat- only if requested, though. :)
