[Addendum]  Also, I fancy myself a pretty good arbiter of attorney talent, so if my personal accomplishments count for anything, know that I'd pit Heather against any one on the list.  And bet money. 

I have to agree.  I've seen the contenders from Richmond, UCLA, Virginia, Irvine, Miami OH, GW, Georgetown, and many of the rest.  Not to impugn the obvious talent of anyone already on the list, but she ranks with the best of them. 

Heather Hertzel from ASU is possibly the best kept secret in the West.
