  • Learning the Federal Rules of Evidence/MRE

I'm a current high school senior, and I'm interested in continuing MT in college. Our state uses a set of simplified rules of evidence for high school mock trial, so I'm a little unfamiliar with the MRE/FRE. What resources (books, videos, flashcards, online courses, etc.) would you guys suggest for picking up the Midlands Rules of Evidence?

This helped me understand objections better when I was first getting started - http://www.jameseducationcenter.com/...ons-checklist/

Proficiency with evidentiary objections requires knowing not just the black-letter text of the rules, but the reasoning behind them.
For self-study, I would suggest one of the summary/outline books intended for law school students. I always liked the Examples & Explanations series.
